I read some place that what was in Houston (E&P/upstream & Chemical company) was to be consolidated at this new location on 45 and south of the Woodlands, along with Exxon operations back east in Virginia ? If true, what exactly do they have back east in Virginia ? Is that basically their global downstream operations or what ?

Not trying to get off topic, but is Grand Parkway going to be a freeway or a "parkway?"

Yes -- downstream is headquartered in Fairfax, which was Mobil's headquarters before the merger.

It would have been awesome if they would have consolidated the operations in one huge 3 million square foot office tower. It would have been over 100 stories.

In general, corporate "campuses" suck.
