It is beyond unncessary to have this many outlet malls in a single location I say build one new outlet in Texas City or League City or either remodel the existing one in LaMarque like new. What's going to happen is an oversaturated retail market like what you see up in Dallas.

I changed my mind about this. I was just sitting here thinking how there isn't enough empty retail space with no future in Galveston County. Let's create more.
