Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Is there any specific builder you would recommend in Telfair. I found mix properties new and old.
I am looking for either brand new or not 2-3 years old.
The thing I noticed is that so many builders in this area and don't know which one is good.
please advise

I have many indian neighbors in my subdivision (Southern Trails in west Pearland). We are located 1 mile west of Hwy 288 off Broadway. We have mostly new construction, and a $300K budget will get you a very nice new home. Our school district is the Alvin ISD, (rated Exemplary last year). We do not have a park and ride near us, but we are only 13 miles from the med center and only a little further to downtown.

Just wanted to give you another option to consider. Good luck on your home search.

It's Telfair (Patel-Fair). You can get under 300K there.

I think in the next 10 years, Asians will be majority in Sugar Land.

We are thinking of not considering Sugar land as our option just because of the growing community, the prices of homes are getting higher for same old ones.
I read in other thread that Green Trails is also good option. What you guys have to say?
Thanks!

This is one of the best times to buy in the history of the USA plus interest rates the rock bottom if you are financing.

What about Katy?
