Would you need help shopping around New Territory, Telfair? (house, subdivisions)

OK, guys. I had successfully finished my house hunting and now have a beautiful 5BD-3.5B house in New Territory. Now I am wondering if all this valuable info about the market, the area, etc. can be of any use for the others?

I am thinking of writing a "New Territory 101" here in city data for those shopping currently or planning that in the future. Will any existing homeowners help me to write it? PM me.

Good idea D. There should be a sticky with links to threads to the major subdivisions and areas of town. Each thread describing the area and what's changing about it. Lots of other information too.
