Hello, I will be moving to Houston around September 1st, which I am very excited about. I've read many posts already suggesting good areas to live in. However, I have two apartments I am looking at that happen to be in areas I have not read about on the forum. So, if you could give me any general feed back on the area around the apartments I would really appreciate it.

1. Bankside Village Apartments 6425 Bankside Houston, TX 77096

2. Fairfield Creek 12510 S. Green Dr. Houston, TX 77034

I know I could get in some good areas for more money but I am starting up a business and need to stay in a affordable place for at least a year.

Kyle

77034 sounds like Clear Lake area. 77096 sounds like ambulances and police cars - those surely aren't the only two choices.

Hahaha....thanks for the short but strait to the point answer. There are other choices for sure. I guess I am seeing about all my cheaper options first. The places I like the most are in Katy and Sugar Land area.

That's fine - I can send you a link to apartments in Katy and Sugar Land - I just need to know size requirement and rental amount cap. And any other weird thing - like pets? Really, stay out of 77096 unless you feel real adventurous (like a machete, a gun and a boa).

Here is another one ....... The Hunt Club at Pin Oak 1550 Katy-Flewellen Rd. Katy, TX 77494

I really don't feel like being adventurous haha. Your help is greatly appreciated. I have no requirements other than 1 bedroom and price cap at 560 a month. The shop that I will be renting is in the NW part of Houston right off the Sam Houston loop.

I'm a tad confused what you are asking about but if you are asking about my shop's location it is around where sam houston and 290 cross. Well, I better get in bed since I am driving to Houston from Corpus Christi in the morning to do some work. Thanks again for the help.
