I have a 30 year house that I purchased in the past few months. It is a raised bungalow. I have a pipe that blows water from the front of the house to the sewer drains which is my sump pump I think ?. However, I can not find the sump pump in the house there is no hole. Can it have been place outside in the front of the house as an external pump or is it burried perhaps under the stairs and have a cover on top with cement. I am on a well and the well is in the front of the house under a deck. This may be a difficult question to answer.

It's quite possible that your sump pump is located in a pit outside your foundation walls.
If it's not practical to follow the discharge line back to the pump location, try going in the basement and following an electrical line to the outside of the house.
