Before you give me a pat on the back you have to realize that helping out the poor, old ,sick or disabled person is GOOD BUSINESS! It's a win win situation. We got someone to repair our roof and it was a much bigger job than that. He only charged $150 which covered the cost of the materials really. He said he makes his money when we call him to replace the roof in a few years. Not sure how common that is and we did already have a working relationship with him on an unrelated project.
