I wouldn't talk too much about choking the day after your team was sent packing on their home ice.

To me ? Like everyone else, thats EX champs.....just like every other team that has ever won the CUP. I find it hilarious that you would even attempt to label the Flyers as chokers when Pittsburgh was sent packing on their own ice by an 8th seeded team. Absolutely hilarious !!!

Thumbs up Congrats to the Hawks, big props to Philly

That was a great game last night, congrats to the Hawks on their first Cup in 49 years

Philly played a h*ll of a series, just no quit in them whatsoever. While they came up on the short end of this one, they should be very proud of their season.

It was a great playoff season, just another 16 weeks to go to the start of another great season (when I dust off my Ovechkin jersey).

Everyone enjoy their summer.

Yet...by YOUR OWN STANDARDS, the Pens did NOT choke...so you contradict yourself again:

Please stop with your nonsense .....the heavily favored Penguins were beaten by a 8th seeded team on their own ice.....sorry my friend but thats a CHOKE of historic proportions that can be found in the record books right under the Washington Capital choke to the Canadiens. They may have been the Champs a year ago but this spring Pittsburgh and Washington are pretty much the butt of choke jokes around the league.

LOL...so you were caught red-handed contradicting yourself, but cannot admit it.

The Pens went 7 games (and took-out a couple of the Habs best players for Philly). Everyone that knows hockey already knew that the Habs' bubble would burst soon.

The Flyers only went 6 games.

But YOU say the Pens are the ONLY team that choked?

Remember...I never said the Flyers choked, but you seem to have a double-standard of what that means.

I have said since the beginning of this season that I didn't think the Pens could repeat after two prior runs into June and going through free agency. Not only that, but once you win the Cup, it's tough to recapture that same hunger as a team.

No....I said Pittsburgh and Washington. Two chokes that sports fans will be talking about centuries from now.

WOW!

Simply amazing (and SO typical of a Philly Phan).

If the Pens and Caps who took their opponents to 7 games choked, then so did the Flyers. End of discussion.

I salute the Sharks for having a great year. We should have a parade.

How come the Flyers fans did not boo or left the place after the game was over. Wouldn't it hurt seeing the opposing team celebrate in your home ice by lifting the cup wishing it was the Flyers?

Very true. Philly fans should be proud of their team as well.
