Habs got to 4-0 lead including a SH goal by Travis Moen, then the Pens got a lucky bounce off the ref's skate to make it 4-1, Jordan Staal then scored to make it to (that's 4-2) end of the second. Pens start a 4-3 power play to go into the third.
Flyers ahead 1-0 end of the first on a goal by Richards.
Wow Montreal.. most surprising squad of the decade.
Save that thought.......Flyers won tonight setting up game 7 for Friday.....if they win Friday they will be only the 3rd team since the inception of the NHL to come back from a 0-3 deficit.......it last happened in 1941 and 1975. My money is on the Flyers to pull this off !!!
A big win, indeed, for the Canadiens, but you'd think their fans would save the heavy-duty celebrating (looting, etc.) for at least the conference championship.
On the other hand, if the Flyers win Friday night, maybe I'll go try to topple Willie Penn from atop City Hall.
Nice game Habs...boo for the 'fans' who decided to trash the town. Usually they are better than that.
