ouch - rough outing from my sharks last night - they just didn't have their legs working for some reason and that will kill you against a team like chicago
3 shorthanded goals (first 3 of the game), including two on the same PP
also the 'yotes are nursing a 2 game winning streak - i have tickets to the game on friday here against the stars - taking all the inlaws so it should be a fun time - hopefully they can find the net a couple of times
hey Canes and Sabres tonite. I am going to miss the first 2 periods. But i'll be home for the 3rd. Sabres ended 4 game losing streak. But Gaustad and Rivet are hurt. Which sux cuz Gaustad lead the NHL in faceoff won %
Blow a 4-1 lead going into the third against the Thrashers tonight to lose 6-4, OUCH.
We got older and everyone else got younger it seems. Maurice has got to go, and that's about all I can say. But that #1 pick is looking really good.

I'm glad the NCSU-UNC game was too much fun for me today, and that the 'Canes totally suck this year, otherwise I might have gone a little off the deep end

Just like the Rangers about 5 years ago. when they still had Messier (sp?). They were old and sucked lol Northeast division is a battle right now. Boston, Buffalo, and Ottawa
Pretty much in the same boat as you this season diddiyo. Although for what it's worth the 'Canes are playing a little better as of recent. Glad to see the River Rats getting some NHL expirence.
First career hat-trick for Tuomo Ruutu in the Canes win over Dallas
