If it was still on do you think she would still have these charges pending?

I never heard of an ex GF planning a wedding with someone at the same time where she publicly states she wants an ex BF to go to jail.
It's stated by victim Evgeniya Vavrinyuk @14:51 in the following video:

Default Charges Dismissed, Victim Speaks Out

Seems obvious Evgeniya Vavrinyuk had a crappy lawyer.

She had bruises that I have no doubt Varlamov gave them to her.

Vavrinyuk had bruises consistent with a physical encounter, the police report said.

The justice system has played out and yet you still seem to want to find him guilty. So much for being all in favor of a fair trial.
She had a bad lawyer because they weren't charging the media enough for her story? Did not keep her in the spotlight beyond her 15 minutes?
