On a side note, I've been thinking Kimmo would be a nice name for any future cat we adopt. We've been calling one of our cats, Boo Boo Giroux for over a year. I hope he doesn't forget his real name, Samson.
Great suggestion! I should keep a list of future cat names. I love those Finn names. They just roll right off the tongue so elegantly.

I should nickname Checkers, my boy kitty, Bobby Clarke. Checkers is missing most of their teeth and likes to get into fights.

He likes to watch hockey with me. He can keep track of the puck better than me.
My girl kitty, Cookie, likes to watch hockey, and is pretty good at spotting the puck as well. She looks so cute perched at the edge of the bed, eyes darting back and forth.

Bobby Clark! lol Now I have this visual of a cat smiling with a mouth full of gaps!

Here's hoping for a good game tonight. My husband called to remind me that the Phillies are on tonight...I said not in this house.

At least they got a point out of it. Is it four straight losses now, or five?

This is no way to gear up for the playoffs!

I just checked. It's two in a row. Last win was against Toronto on 3/28. They've lost four of the last five. And no Kimmo tonight.

Next game is this Thursday, I think. Against Columbus.

Sure hope the offense shows up against the Sabres tonight.

Thankfully it did show up. I hope it wasn't making a one time appearance. I enjoyed the game but I'm disappointed in Rinaldo. I like hard hitting hockey but he went too far. That just wasn't necessary. I hope he doesn't get suspended but I wouldn't be surprised. What a shame. That Read, Coots, and Rinaldo line were smoking last night.

I think they only have four games left. Go Flyers!!

Zac Rinaldo gets four game suspension. Sad to say he deserves it.

That third period last night was insane! Florida looked like a different team from the first and second period. Tye McGinn looked good. He filled in nicely for Rinaldo.

GO FLYERS!!!

Well - the '13-'14 regular season is now over. They will play the Rangers in the first round.
