Hossa is a beast. Looks worthy of the 54 year contract we signed him to

*rant*

Why can't a Hurricane other than Erik Cole get a breakaway. All Cole does is shoot the puck into the goalies pads, never lifts the puck. Why can't Jussi Jokinen or Jeff Skinner(1st NHL goal tonight) get breakaways instead?

*rant over*

Hawks win again in a shootout. I was expecting it to get way more chippy with the bad blood between the Canucks and the Hawks. Oh well, I'll take the W.

Default Tim Thomas is back!!!!

Just saw the Bruins knock off the Caps for the second time this week 4-1. Tim Thomas was fantastic in both games and the only reason he didn't have the shutout tonight was because he gave away the puck trying to clear the zone and Chimera picked it off to throw it into the empty net.

He did a great job in shutting down Ovechkin, Semin and Backstrom. Keep an eye out for the B's.

All hail King Anton Babchuk (just a little inside joke some 'Canes fans have)

Finally coming home after a wild win at Phoenix last night(in which King Anton scored the OT winner), to play Washington on Wednesday.

Oh yeah and finally someone other than Cole gets a breakaway, Patrick Dwyer did, shot high, and he scored, take note Cole.
