Do any other groups besides the Ulster Scots have rights to that same homeland? Also what crisis(es) are the Ulster Scots facing? I imagine one is a low birth rate. Are there others?

The Scots-Irish, or Ulster Scots were ethnically Lowland Scottish, English, with also Huegenot blood ( via 16th/17th centuary England),Welsh and I`m sure some Irish Catholic blood as well, so no, not really solely Scottish.

Of course the immigration of Protestants to America,Canada, Australia and New Zealand also played a part in the demographics of the country.
We as a people have always been between a rock and a hard place. Even when we got to America it was the same.
