State backs off of flu-shot mandate -- Page 1 -- Times Union - Albany NY:1198:

Good response to the shortage of vaccines. Lets immunize the highest risk groups first instead of vaccinating ALL of the healthcare workers (even those not in the front line of patient care as the order originally said).

Finally some common sense.
