Does anyone remember the B 12 vitamins that your snorted? Don't laugh. I'm serious ! Back in the 80's I remember a liquid pill-type B12 pill that your dripped into your nose. I think they were called Ener-B ?
Do B12 pills really work? Or was it just that I was alot younger in those days & just THOUGHT they worked??
We took them after a long night of 80's partying (those days are loooong gone) I wonder if I can still buy them!!
Now I'm pooped after a long day of running errands & taking care of 2 active little guys. yawn.... more coffee please?
