For the past week or so, I wake up with 2 out of 4 hands/feet numb or tingling, not the same side each day, and they don't fully "wake up" until I've been up and about for several HOURS. Anyone experienced this? My blood pressure is normal, etc.
Yes, it could be something in your spine that is pressing on nerves and causing this issue. I had carpal tunnel in my one side for a while, and it was the most excrutiating pain in my hand that I ever felt. But more recently I have developed sciatica, which is also due to pressure on a nerve. More pain than numbness or tingling. You need to see your doctor and find out the cause. I also know that other, more serious conditions, can start this way. So, go get it checked out.
