Moving to area to be close to my family and finish my BSN at ODU. I have a family and safety is very important to me. Schools are not an issue since I will be sending my child to private school anyway. I have visited both areas for a short period and seem to like both I did stay in a hotel though. I heard VB has a lot of plane noise and Norfolk has a lot of clubs and bars. I don't really want to live near a lot of noise. I need some place safe don't want to rush in the house when I get home or hear gun shots at night. I want a place where you could raise your family I am also looking for something that is somewhat affordable doesn't have to be cheap but realistic for a working family to live in nowhere with rent over 2,000 bucks. If anyone could recommend a place and/or and apartment complex as well I would really appreciate it.
