Sure, bc it's scary....

I've posted it before, but the pair of Winchesters I keep mounted on the wall have more firepower than any .223 AR derivitive...

Default More new laws, yes! Let's DO IT!

Well, uhhhmm.. It shur does LOOK EVIL! I say, if'n it'll save the life of just one overwrought people, we should ban it furshur. And today or earlier! You go, Monster Mouth Joe Biden: I'm all ears and with your own pre-determined yammeristic mind

PS: let's add in an equivalent number, of anti-freedom laws, let's say about 20,000; all new laws that limit what "We Know Best!" types can push on the innocent. Like, say, no more open public protests against anything we hold important. Or, dang them, the facts!

What, pray tell, will any such new restrictive anti-assault-rifle laws created that will have ANY true effect on such things happening in the past? What? WHAT? Inquiring Minds Need To Know!

Only if we can press a magic button and instantly have all those Evil™ rifles and their clips and mags disappear, will that have any material effect, and then only on the use of them in any event. Meantime, the muddled crazy-heads will predictably muddle on, killing if that's what they want to do!

Get a life, gun haters! Show you have at least some semblance of neuronal connectivity!

That's a good one. When somebody refers to a semi-automatic weapon as "a machine gun", or better yet, calls an AR-15 "AK-15" or an "AR-47", that shows how much they know about guns.

I heard over and over on Fox that the shooter in CT had used "a Glock and a semi-automatic pistol"....

Ah, must've been the famed Glock Revolver, the "Gun that Won the West", legendary for it's use in legendary shootouts, and a real favorite in the "Western Film" genre...
