I know its a little early but anyone know of a few places that offer a Thanksgiving dinner/buffet?

I have company flying in but will be having a procedure done that week and won't be up to cooking so I thought going somewhere nice would work!

Maybe places in the past that have had something going on....

I think a lot the nicer hotels in the area usually do holiday buffets. One that I've been to and liked was the Hilton on Haywood Rd. I've been two or three times and the most recent was for Christmas, and I can't remember if the other times were Thanksgiving or not, but you may want to check them out.

Also last year the Radisson in Spartanburg off I-85 business did a Thanksgiving buffet last year...I did not go and so don't know how the food is, but I remember looking at the menu in the newspaper and thinking to myself that there was a very large selection of foods.

Thanks I will have to call them, or keep checking the paper so I don't miss them. Thanks for the suggestions!

I can second the Hilton's holiday buffet - we went a couple T'givings ago with neighbors and it was wonderful.

Check out Lakeview Steak House in Greer. They have the best turkey, dressing and gravy in this area. It's just like Grandma's.

Since turkey is just a few weeks away - do any local restaurants serve fried turkey on the big day??

I could not find any that did last year, but I did buy a fried turkey from the KFC in Simpsonville. I thought it was really good - but the "cajun spice" was a bit much for the others at my house for Thanksgiving. I may ask to see if I can get it w/o the "spicing".

I really am not interested in buying the equipment and supplies for a once-a-year meal.

I think you can order everything you'd need from Mutt's to carry-out, but they're not open that day except for pick-ups I believe.

Unfortunately, Steak and Ale closed a year or more ago.
