Lakeview Steak House in Greer is excellent. They have the best turkey and dressing in town. The giblet gravy is good too. It's just north of Greer on Highway 14. It's about $8.00 per person, including your drink.
These are all great places to eat for a regular meal. It you want to get good southern tasting food, avoid these buffet "deals". They are too expensive. For Thanksgiving, you need to go where the food taste like Grandma's, especially if you what good dressing and gravy.
