Holy crap batman, it's a Russian propaganda article and when I clicked on it the video had been pulled because of copyright infringement...
The second link there is from the same news organization that had previously posted totally wrong information on airplanes vapor trails (chemtrails to the conspiracy nuts)....

Monsanto is one of this planets scourges against it's people. They use other countries for their products that are outlawed in the U.S. and also "test" their products on other countries due to their lower standards of protection for their environments.
