Would not be better just to live and forget these things? Our life is so short.
Is this an anglo saxon characteristic?
I am latin and in my view all of this is nonsense.

Those very same issues are in Brazil. You know it and I know it. Enough.

It is time to aim higher.

Have you been in Brazil? Have you even watched a Brazilian movie?

People are just people. don't expect a lot from them, and you will seldom be disapointed. Get a good Board, and go surfin. You soon forget all about what the "other Guy" is doing, or even care for that matter.

So, after I challenged you, you Googled racism in Brazil and found some links that supported your contention. What did you know about Brazil before that?

Actually, what he did was pounded your stupid comment deeply into the ground. You're just not sharp enough to understand it.

The bottom line is that people are people. One set of problems has a way of being replaced by another set of problems. But there are always problems.

Sadly, it's not just the US, nor is it an Anglo-Saxon characteristic.

My stupid comment was "Do you know anything about life in Brazil?" You're just not sharp enough to understand a simple question.

If your objective here was to further debate and understanding, rather than sorting through threads looking for people to continue your personal attacks on regardless of what they post, you would have some sense of the discussion that is going on.

Right.

I'm not sure why the OP started this thread, but the entire premise is rather inane. To say that there is not racism and/or homophobia and/or political problems in Brazil is just asinine.

Wherever you have people you will have these problems. Even in extremely impoverished countries you still have these problems. People are people.

Apparently you're not able to keep track of all the stupid comments you make. Perhaps you should consider cutting down on making them.

It's pretty obvious that you're doing your typical thing - trolling threads and trying to start fights.
