Looking to become another S. Florida refugee. I've had it with the hurricanes, cost of insurance, etc. Looking to relocate to the Athens area. I grew up in a small town in MD, and want to get back to that rural way of life. Would like a house with some land (2+ acres). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rick L.
