I've looked on this forum and Google about Roswell, GA, and it seems like a pretty nice place to live. Does anyone live there and can tell me about what it's really like to live there, or in that general area (because I'm open to other towns/cities in that area, if they're nicer)? What are the schools like? Where would I want to be around there, with a 5 year old daughter? How are the schools? Also, are there any RNs that would be able to give me an idea of the medical scene down in that area and the average salary? My husband works in the OMRDD field, so does anyone know about the developmentally disabled service field? I just want as much information as possible to make a good move, because we're in the market for a forever home. Thanks!

Roswell, GA>>>
http://www.roswellgov.com/
Roswell is now Georgia’s sixth largest city, but its major growth in population has just happened in the last fifteen years:
The City of Roswell has 18 parks with 800 acres of active and passive parkland and facilities.
The City Hall building was completed in 1991 at a cost of $12 million.
The City has been chosen twice by "Atlanta Magazine" as the best place to live in the Metro-Atlanta area.
The Georgia Municipal Association awarded the City of Roswell the City of Excellence Award in 2003.
The City of Roswell has been ranked one of the safest cities to live in the United States according to City Crime Rankings.

Median home price $252,475/others may have more accurate FYI and in the surrounding area there are certainly homes of greater and lesser value.
