what would be the capitals?

NYC, ATL, MIA, Toronto, PHX, LAX, Mexico city, Vancouver, Calgary, Anchorage and Quebec?

according to the map, halifax/nova scotia would be part of the east and thus conflict w/ your NYC assumption. and you need a lakeland capital. Toronto or chicago maybe?
