The criteria for measuring the cities includes median household income, percentage of households earning more than $100,000, percentage of businesses owned, percentage of college graduates. unemployment rates, home loan rejections, and homeowner rates.

1) Wash DC
2) Houston
3) LA
4) Atlanta
5) Dallas
6) Raleigh
