My Dad took me to the Ralph Lauren outlet for my birthday and I got a bunch of stuff marked way down, remebered the coupon code for the coupon that I left on the table and got an additional 20 percent off. I got at least five hundred dollars worth of clothes for $135.00. Free, Dad paid. But I got him a good deal.

I don't go by sales.
Whenever I 'Need' something, I do the research of what the 'value' it should be and buy within that parameter.
So far, I never failed to meet that parameter. I just had to go some extra miles to find such thing.

Well, I buy used air cleaners......it is so nice having clean indoor air.

People buy these very expensive air cleaners, use them until the filters get dirty......then donate them.

I have recently bought 2 used air cleaners, one is 300 bucks new, the other is close to 400 new......both in great shape except for dirty filters. I bought one for 5 bucks and the other for 8. So I clean them up really good, wash the pre-filters and make my own fine-filters by using
multi-layer paper towels. These units have ionizers in them......so it makes the particulate matter easily stick to surfaces or catch in the filters.

Wow! 90$ a year for a car. Amazing!

My girlfriend bought me a Cutler jersey at a garage sale for $5. Still in great condition because the guy who sold it got too heavy to fit in it. Ha. His gain is now his loss and my gain.

I once got a large bottle of Addidas Moves cologne at the dollar tree for $6. Another time Macy's was selling the medium sized Lucky You Cologne for $7. Those were in the box still and both great finds. I wish I bought more and sold them on craigslist or ebay.

I got a Full Winter North face Jacket for $56 (orig $300) during their July 4th summer blowout. There was only 3 jackets left one of which was my size.
