Has anyone seen the new apartments going up in North Richland Hills that are off Grapevine Highway, just West of Precinct Line Road across from Kroger? I'm interested in what these apartments are called. They are really upscale and have a restaurant on the bottom floor. I'll take a pic the next time I'm near there (I only live a block away).

Just curious.

I'm not sure of the name, but they are associated with Hometown from what I understand. Ok, well, read the next thread and someone there mentioned The Venue at Hometown, that would appear to be the name. haha

Thanks hypocore! Yes, I saw the sign saying "The Venue" but there is absolutely nothing telling about what it is. I'll have to check that out. Thanks!

You are welcome!

I drove daily on Davis Blvd and watched Hometown being built for years, so I saw that all develop. However, I was quite surprised to find those apts and multi use buildings one day myself. They are indeed very unique and interesting.

They are at that. I shop at the Kroger regularly because it's closest to my house and I saw these apts going up and thought they looked interesting. I was surprised to see retail on the first floors and a small park in the center. That really is a good location; you can walk to get just about anything you need from there. Dozens of restaurants and shopping are literally within a few minutes walk. Even NRH20 is right next door. I hear they are filling up fast.
