NRH is nice. You will be fine.

Cable company is usually determined by where you live. Usually one company services each city.
You usually get the best deal by bundling all of those services together.

We've lived in NRH for 25 years and it's been a great place to raise a family.

We have the whole AT&T Uverse package and we're happy with it.

I pay $29/month for DirecTV with high def. I pay $15/month for cell service.

NRH is nice, but be ready to learn which roads to avoid at which times of day due to traffic.

If you are renting you need to see what options the apt complex offers
also make sure you can pick your electrical provider vs having to use the one provided by the apt complex---that is more expensive...
