I mentioned that.

Like I said, it could be done in phases.

JJG do you know what's being built in south side Fort Worth? It's on the corner of Bolt St and Hemphill St. it used to be a part of the old metal fabricating company that's been vacant for years.

I have no idea and didn't think there was something going up.

I'll check on my way to work.

Thanks, it wouldn't surprise me if its just a QT or a strip mall/shopping center. Really hoping there is some inner city development in that area.

RUMOR:

When D.R. Horton moves out of their tower (the tallest of the Bass Twin Towers) Bank of America may move out of it's current space at 500 W. 7th and occupy said tower, replacing the namesake.

Does it look like a gas station? I thought there was a plan for a quicktrip there.

I did research and it is going to be a gas station. Though it doesn't say what kind, but as much land as they have cleared it maybe a QT. I would hope so, these shady little gas stations don't do Fort Worth NO favors whatsoever. I am really hoping development continues in this area, if I was a billionaire I would by the vacant silo grain building or convert it into housing, as well as tear down the vacant industrial buildings and at least lure developers to build homes, even if they are cookie cutter type. Oh well, one can hope.

I passed by and really couldn't see anything that would indicate a gas station.

Haven't found anything on the site info wise...
