Anyone know what's being built on E 4th Street between 35W and the Trinity River (right across the Trinity from Martin House Brewery)?

They were doing some land prep a few weeks ago, but I drove by yesterday and there's a fairly substantial structure being built. 3-4 stories, a good number of I-beams with possibly a curved facade (or an optical illusion), with a decent area between 4th and the building for parking. I'm sure it's nothing too exciting, probably offices, but it sprung up out of nowhere and got me curious.

Someone on the FW Architecture Forum has copies of the plans, or found them somewhere online. Its going to be neat. They are going to have killer views of the city, excluding the Purina Plant lol.

I was reading the Star Telegram article for when they had announced it. Apparently there was 3 other locations in Fort Worth where they could have built it, it wouldn't surprise me if one of those was north fort worth. I am glad they chose the spot they did, a big corporation like Top Golf to invest in the inner city of Fort Worth is a big deal. It will hopefully lure other business to come inside the city and not only in Alliance.

It should definitely help the development of the Riverside Arts area and hopefully trickle over to help prop up East FW a little. I hate golf, but glad it's coming! Maybe they paint or at least light up the Purina silos? Lots of cities are doing this and it could be a neat feature.

You're not going to be able to see the Purina silos or any of downtown from Top Golf unless you're in the parking lot or looking out of windows on the south side. The driving range portion faces north toward 121.
