Good evening,

I will be moving to Fort Collins in February and I'm hoping for some advice before I get there :-).

I'm very interested in living downtown - I've visited the city before and LOVE it. Since I was there I have seen and read about some of the new lofts that have been built in the Haven area...does anyone live in a loft that can speak to that? I'm looking for about 800-1000sq ft and I would like to find something in the 1300 dollarish price range to rent? Possible?

Hope this finds everyone well...and thanks in advance for any input! I was looking at 200 S College as a possible choice? Might be out of my pricerange though.

Thanks!

You are probably going to have a hard time finding something like that. I am not all that familiar with rentals in the downtown area but I know that the lofts bring a heafty price. I don't think there are many that are rentals and if they are they probably bring in a lot more rent money than 1300. Good luck to you.

Default Tom

Hi Tom,

Thank you for taking the time to write. I think you're right...I don't know if I'll be able to find anything in my price range.

Penny Flats are way out of my price range, but what are your thoughts on these anyway? I heard that one of the units is done, but only a handful of the lofts have been rented.

Heard of the Upstreet Lofts on 223 N. Meldrum? They're very small, but may be the only thing in my price range :-).

Thanks again!
