How long can you keep chicken salad in the frig from the day it`s made? I don`t know if it makes any difference but it has cream cheese and milk in it.
I am not sure what is "official" but I don't keep mine for more than 2 days past the date it was made. So, counting the day it was made I keep it for 3 days. If it's not gone by then it gets tossed.
And I have a cold fridge. I could probably squeeze more storage time out of items like that because of the low temp, but I don't.
