I've been known to boil part of a bag of salad when I'm making ramen noodles and just combine the veg with the noodles. It's not bad. Wondering if it was just me.
I saute bagged spinach with garlic, olive oil, and a bit of lemon juice. Does that count?
I also add bagged kale to soups.
That's what I do, too. Wegmans carries huge bags of their chopped kale. I keep that, and baby spinach, in the freezer to toss in soups and stews. And that way, it's cooked--we never use bagged salad for...salad lol..
Another thing I do is use the bagged coleslaw mix in soups--carrots are already added!
No wonder this thread died quick last year before being dug up again.
