I use a mix of Bragg's Aminos, olive oil and vinegar with sesame seeds on fresh spinach. Also can add bacon bits (I use only turkey). Very simple and delicious!
We like (just adjust amounts until you find what you like best)
Spinach, washed and torn to large but bite sized pieces if not the baby spinach that's available
Freshly cooked bacon (or for me without)
A bit of Feta cheese crumbled up in the mix
Either diced cooked onion or diced raw sweet onion or a mix of the two
Shredded carrots
Oil and vinegar to preference (when I make it, it's heavy on vinegar and light on oil)
Dash of salt and pepper
Sometimes we throw in some rasins or crasins if we want a bit of sweetness.
This also makes a good wrap if you have leftovers and tortillas.
