I'm nuts about it. All it is is fresh, dried spinach plunged into a fryer for a few seconds, then drained and spinkled with salt. I had it served with a sandwich, like potato chips, only maybe more healthy, and for sure more colorful. I'm surprised that it hasn't become a craze everywhere.

Sounds good. I have not ever had it. I do like to steam it and top brown rice w spinach and pepper.

Sounds sorta blah, tastes really good.

My kids absolutely adore it, we have it often at Chinese restaurants, but they think it is Chinese Crispy Seaweed - in Chinese restaurants it isn't actually seaweed but bok choy (or some other dark green leafy stuff) deep-fried and sugar-and-salted, sometimes with a grated dried shrimp seasoning.

It's yummy, I love the taste but it's a bit oily for me

I had it once at a fancy Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas - I think it was in the Mandalay Bay.

It was really delicious.

Never heard of it. If it's fried I'm willing to give it a try.

One of my favorite snacks. One of my favorite restaurants serves fried calamari on a bed of frizzled spinach- I like the spinach better than the calamari.

I may be wrong but I thought what Gentlearts ment by dried spinach that it is still fresh spinach but dried off as far as water from rinsing it. Is this correct?

Yes, I believe the leaves are just 'not wet'!
