I've seen lots of polls for restaurants, etc. But what's your favorite pizza place? Also, what type pizza do you order/like?

The best for me was Round Table Pizza in California. They had a pizza with everything (minus anchovies) that included green and block olives, all the normal stuff, even salad shrimp! And the sauce wasn't overpowering (which I find way too often in today's pizza's).

I like NJ-style pizza. Mack & Manco's in Wildwood and Ocean City, NJ is my absolute FAVORITE! Cheese or simple toppings for this delicious thin crust really float my boat!

I can get it here too in Jacksonville, FL. Panzone's Pizza serves up NJ-style pizza AND imports their rolls (for hoagies) from Philly.

Now if I'm getting Deep Dish, I like Uno's. Give me yummy sausage and chunky tomato or their pepperoni.

Great, now I'm hungry!

Basil Doc's (local chain) is my favorite in Denver, also Parisi's, which is a deli-type place with good wood fired pizzas here........

Amen, brotha. Donato's does a good job at what they do. Toppings are nice and fresh, good quality. Really like the sausage they use, and they use provolone cheese, which I think has a really nice flavor and texture. It's an edge-to-edge topped pizza. There's no dough ring, flat - like it was stamped out of a bigger pizza, then cut in squares.

There's no Donato's in NC, but that's OK; I found Randy's at RTP. Small time shop, a breakaway from a small chain also called Randy's. They were once both owned by Randy, but this place spun out on it's own, keeping the name. It's confusing. The pizza's are so close at both the original Randy's and Randy's RTP that I'd have trouble telling them apart, but I like the owner of Randy's RTP, a guy named Dave. He's there every day keeping it real. Very down to earth, friendly and always takes time to come out and say hi to my 3 year old daughter. The only thing I can ding them for is their sausage blows - but I like pepperoni/mushroom there best anyway.

I miss Round Table too.

I haven't found any delivery place for good pizza in the Dallas area.

I know two non-chain places that make great pizza, but pizza is all about the delivery for me!
