Out of all those chains, where do you like to get pizza?
For me, I like to go to Round Table Pizza. There's Little Caesar's and Domino's but those places are awful. It's like they threw a pile of s**t in the oven and call it a pizza. Round Table Pizza makes the best pizza out of these chains and I've never been disappointed. Sucks that they charge 1 buck for a dipping sauce, like ranch dressing. Still good pizza though.
While you may like Round Table Pizza I really find it hard to even classify it as a chain pizza place for discussion here. Their only located in 5 or 6 states all on the West Coast, they have no national presence! If you want to discuss chain pizza you should be talking about Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars and Papa John's since I believe they are the only pizza restaurants that are national!
All of the ones I mentioned have their own niche market. It could be price, style of pizza, etc. While Louisville has many local pizza restaurants with much better pizza we still eat at all of these on occasion. To us there really is no one that is better is just which we prefer at a given time.
I like Pizza Hut for their buffet that they have on weekdays. You can have a variety and they even have a dessert pizza. For pasta bowls I like Dominos. The bread on these is great.
I like Domino's bread sticks (or whatever it's called there -- cheesy bread?) with garlic sauce, but I really dislike their pizza, especially since they "improved" it a few years ago.
I don't like Pizza Hut pizza either. Their pastas look good for nights when we don't want to cook, but I haven't actually tried them -- I never remember.
We don't have any other chains here (the boonies of southwestern New Hampshire), but that's fine -- there are 2 locally-owned pizza places that I like a lot. They are WAY better than pizza from any chain I have ever had.
