We made pizzas for dinner on my new steel! Two were made, and both had a few different ingredients but both had sauteed mushrooms and red onion. The pizza pictured had sausage, garlic, red onion, mushrooms and yellow peppers. Also served was a mixed salad and pinot noir to drink.

Leftover basmati rice with cardamon and cumin seeds that I made yesterday. Topped it with a sunny side up egg and avocado drizzled with EVOO, a little salt. An orange and some cheese for dessert. Almost felt like I was having a nice breakfast for dinner. It was good.
