We will be on day 1 of o 10 day road trip. I made a pasta dish for tonight - we are staying at a suite that has a kitchen. Farfalle with italian sausage and mushrooms. I also brought salad makings.

Last night I ended up making a pan seared chicken breast with tarragon cream sauce, string beans and left over tomato tarte.

Tonight I will make my first attempt at making chili rellenos, side will probably be a salad and black beans.

I just had leftover pizza today from a local mom-and-pop shop. It's probably my favorite local pizza place outside of Market Basket pizza (an 18" pepperoni pizza for $11, that's hard to beat!). No picture, sorry, I didn't think to take one.

It was good, but I'm dealing with a very sick elderly kitty this weekend so am just feeling sad, sad, sad. I wish kitties could live, you know, 50 years or so.

So sorry. I’ve watch the life go out of more than one kitty, cats I had watched be born. It’s very sad, I know, but knowing you gave it a great life while it was with you is some comfort.

My late sister loved Market Basket. We get Take n Bake from Walmart and Sam’s Club that are good, too.
