Stouffers Lasagna, salad and garlic bread. I’m laid up, so Billderella is cooking. We are always looking for easy.

Your roasted chickpeas sound yummy, Alm.

Here it's on-again, off-again rain as it has been on Memorial Day weekends forever it seems. Hope all the outdoor recreators are in dry spots.

We heard the news of the closing of the Red Loster restaurants and took a gift card yesterday to use it. Brought shrimp and lobster leftovers home and I'll toss them with angel hair pasta, lemon butter, cherry tomatoes and some tarragon from my garden for supper. Make a Caesar salad and have that gift card serve double duty.

Rhubarb nut bread for dessert.
