After a long hike today we had fish and chips and a Guinness.For dessert we went to Baskin Robbins and I had a scoop of mint chocolate and a scoop of Jamocha ice cream.Great way to end such a wonderful active day!
We took a trip to the coast and have been enjoying the seafood we brought back. Last night was grouper with a crab meat topping and tonight we had stuffed shrimp and a bit of steak with grilled asparagus and sliced tomatoes.
Enchiladas with Salsa Verde. Tomato and red onion salad. Homemade lemonade. What's left of the rhubarb crumble.
