Tonight, a home-made salad, spaghetti with Rao's Bolognese pasta sauce, and a few pieces of garlic toast. Same thing as last night, need to use up the remaining perishable ingredients from yesterday's dinner.

Leftover night. My wife will eat the last of the Italian bean soup, I'll have the last of the breakfast casserole and a couple buckwheat cakes.

Not many places in my area actually have buckwheat pancakes like there used to be. It's also not in too many stores around me, but I'll keep looking! They're still on my radar.
