Going to be gone hiking most of the day so I pulled some split with ham soup from the fridge. We can add salad and fresh sourdough if inclined.

Will top with bacon bits, and cheese croutons and I'm going to go harvest some pea shoots. I've never done that before. Never even had them to eat before.

I have a lot of shrimp, so we will have a big salad with lots of goodies, shrimp and homemade thousand island.

Spaghetti and a green salad. Half store lettuce and half ours!

Margot loves to help me in the garden, chiefly for the opportunity to make muddy puddles to jump in. She’s got her own little hose on low pressure and she waters the plants, some of the time. We’re praying for a good tomato season!

Easy dinner, Grilled 1/2 lb Burger topped with cheddar & shiitake mushrooms cooked with garlic and broccoli & zucchini sautéed in garlic & oil ❗️(no potatoes tonight)

Blackened steak salad with roasted potatoes, dry fried mushrooms. Roasted aloha peppers, tomatoes and blue cheese with a vinaigrette.

Just a chopt salad with tri -colored tortilla strips, cheese, black olives, and diced grilled chicken. I topped mine with some of Ken's blue cheese dressing. Water. Breakstone's (?) cottage cheese with blueberry sauce.

Dessert: one Snicker's egg.
