Meeting an old pal for dinner, but I will probably have something light, such as a bowl of Minestrone & a side of sauteed veg.

Rerun of mahi mahi in a curry sauce with naan bread from last night. Might throw together a spinach chick pea side.

Bake pork chops, scalloped potatoes and green beans. Uninspired, I know.

Potatoes Au Gratin with diced Johnsonville sausage, peas, bacon bits and topped with Panko crumbs, pepper and a tiny bit of butter. A garlic buttered slice of Ciabatta. Toasted, of course. Glass of Poggio Moscato. Water on the side.

Tonight was my once-a-month pizza (which lasts me for 3 days). It was the 4th of the 6 that I ordered from Lou Malnati's (Tastes of Chicago) back in December. Tonight's was veggie, which includes onions & mushrooms & green peppers, but I added some pepperoni slices (from the start) and some fresh spinach (about halfway through).

It was delicious again, although I was discarding the little green pepper pieces by my 2nd slice. I don't think I can order it with just onions and mushrooms (I will ask when it's time for my next order!) and if I can't, I don't think I'll order the veggie one again -- I can add onions and mushrooms myself.

First picture is the pizza right out of the oven; the second is my first slice! Oddly, Lou Malnati's says to eat the pizzas within 30 days -- I would have to eat all 6 in a month, which even I couldn't do. I have noticed no quality issues at all and it's now 3 months since my order. Two more pizzas left!
