It's a snow day, so no excuse not to make the butternut squash, mushroom, goat cheese raviolis (I have wonton wrappers to use), topped with bacon, maybe some broccoli greens, brown butter,fresh sage, and side of asparagus.

Edit: the keto brownie mix had an obnoxious amount of coconut oil and I've felt queasy ever since, so changing brown butter to pesto

The pork chops totally sucked!! I threw them in garbage as soon as they were done cooking and I tasted them, lol.

I drove over to the nearest town and picked up a bucket of KFC. Had a tornado warning come over my smart phone as I returned to the farm. So far so good though.
