A non traditional soubise using wine, bacon grease, scallions, fennel, cream, parm R, the bacon pieces obviously and orecchiette.

Apparently a kumato is a strain of tomato from Spain. They are brown/red and I got them at TJs because they were different.

VERY good flavor and very firm, not a lot of seeds, and I took those to see if I can grow them.
