Tonight during errands: A stop at H-E-B (Grocery), where they have a barbecue restaurant on-site. Had a Texas-sized sliced brisket sandwich with some brisket beans.
Pan seared salmon, house potatoes and rice, coleslaw, and a side of onion rings from Paia Fish Market in Waikiki. I've already been to this place a handful of times since moving back to Hawaii and it has yet failed to disappoint
Veggie burger on a whole wheat English muffin -- side of sliced peaches. Eating light for dinner tonight in anticipation of a big meal tomorrow. Also that's all I have in the refrigerator.
Veggie and sausage fritata with some leftovers for breakfast tomorrow.
