Today is a run errand day, dog being groomed, Sam's club, Aldi's, etc. so dinner is simple: we are having chicken wings and cold slaw. I will probably have frozen potato puffs as well. Spoiled brat needs his carbs.
Sweet potato & black bean burritos, with either cole slaw, or an arugula, cabbage, & apple salad.
ETA: Spoke too soon. Just changed my mind because I have some leftover satay sauce that I'd like to use before going out of town. Going to saute some chicken with broccoli, onion and peppers, and mix it with noodles and the diluted satay sauce. Will keep the arugula & cabbage salad.
Tonight I am making a Jamacian chicken curry. I think I will make it with mashed potatoes. I am thinking all that lovely curry will taste great on top of them.
Fried cat fish nuggets for DH, also grilling up some hot dogs and having left over pasta with broccoli. A mish mosh dinner because Cupboard is getting low.
Since the husband is tired of sandwiches (and whining like a 3 year old girl), I'm making wine-braised short ribs with cheddar mashed potatoes, steamed spinach and Southern pecan pound cake for dessert.
Tonight leftover bean soup with garlic butter naan,sliced onions and tomatoes and lassi to drink. For dessert each of us a Marzipan heart and a cup of chai.
I made beef stew yesterday, so we will probably have leftover stew and I'll make some cornbread to go with it.
